Steps required to adopt a Corgi!
These steps will walk you through all requirements, and answer all the questions you have about adopting a Corgi!

Contact us and make sure that the Corgi you're inquiring about is still available.

Download the sales agreement and fill out the information, then mail or message us the form.
3.
Wait for your adoption inquiry to be reviewed, then complete the confirmation form and submit that to us.
